<>在对一种<FONT face="Times New Roman">LCD</FONT>显示屏的缺陷进行检测的过程中共用到了<FONT face="Times New Roman">n</FONT>(<FONT face="Times New Roman">n1</FONT>,<FONT face="Times New Roman">n2</FONT>,<FONT face="Times New Roman">n3….</FONT>)种参数来描述缺陷(如缺陷的面积,周长,最小外接椭圆的长轴长,<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>短轴长等等),这<FONT face="Times New Roman">n</FONT>种参数分别都有一定的取值范围,不妨设为(<FONT face="Times New Roman">Mink</FONT>,<FONT face="Times New Roman">Maxk</FONT>)(<FONT face="Times New Roman">k </FONT>=<FONT face="Times New Roman"> 1</FONT>,<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>,<FONT face="Times New Roman">3…n</FONT>)。在检测中将所有这些缺陷分为<FONT face="Times New Roman">m</FONT>类,每一类用一些特征参数及相应取值范围来确定。如确定缺陷<FONT face="Times New Roman">m1</FONT>的条件是:<FONT face="Times New Roman">n1>a, n2>b; </FONT>确定缺陷<FONT face="Times New Roman">m2</FONT>的条件是<FONT face="Times New Roman">n1>c, n2<d,n3>e</FONT>等等<FONT face="Times New Roman">(a</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">b</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">c</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">d</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">e</FONT>均为常数<FONT face="Times New Roman">)</FONT>。各类之间也可能有重叠。<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>问题是,如何根据这<FONT face="Times New Roman">n</FONT>种参数及其取值范围,<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>以及这<FONT face="Times New Roman">m</FONT>种划分条件来确定<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>没有被这<FONT face="Times New Roman">m</FONT>种划分所覆盖的范围<FONT face="Times New Roman">(</FONT>称为漏洞范围<FONT face="Times New Roman">)</FONT>?</P>
