大家看看B题的中英文版，是否应该抗议！！！

对照一下发觉第二问的中英文有很大出入，我觉得英文说得较清楚。中文太容易误导人了，由于题目的模模棱两可，直接导致众多的参赛者错误理解出题者意图。

我觉得理解错误者应提出抗议！！！

1.总运量（吨公里）最小，同时出动最少的卡车，从而运输成本最小；

2.利用现有车辆运输，获得最大的产量[B]（岩石产量优先；在产量相同的情况下，取总运量最小的解）。[/B]

1. The total transportation load (ton * km) is minimal, and at the meantime least trucks are used, thus the total transportation cost is minimal.

2. Use the available forklifts and trucks to obtain the maximal production quantity. 我的翻译：
首先你应该让岩石产量获得最大。当产量取得最大时，你应该给出使得总运输费用（总运量）最小的运输计划（解）。

何来中文版的“在产量相同的情况下”这一句。就这一句就可能葬送很多人的大好前程。

按英文的意思，化为最小费用最大流问题来做是最好的。
