<P >背景<FONT face="Times New Roman">: </FONT>当前，教育部大力推进基础教育课程改革，调整和改革基础教育的课程体系、结构、内容、构建符合素质教育要求的新的基础教育的课程体系。新课程的培养目标体现了时代的要求，提出了目标，其中，要求改变课程评价过分强调甄别与选拔的功能，发挥评价促进学生发展，教师提高和改进教学实践的功能。在新课改的形势下，如何建立促进学生发展和教师不断提高的评价体系，发挥教学评价对教学工作的导向、激励、调控、改进的作用。本文就新课堂教学评价指标体系的原则，以及评价计算方法，评价的结果的统计处理等予以综述，旨在研究推行与新课改相配套的课堂教学评价。</P>
